


Chicken Adobo
INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken thigh and legs, cut into serving portions
1/3 to 1/2 cup water
FOR THE MARINADE
3 Tbsp SILVER SWAN Soy Sauce
5 Tbsp SILVER SWAN Cane Vinegar
8 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp UFC Whole Pepper, cracked
1 pc UFC Laurel
½ tsp WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
PROCEDURE
1. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Drain, reserve marinade.
2. Sauté garlic from marinade. Add chicken and sauté until light brown. Add marinade and water. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until almost dry.

Adobo Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
Cooked chicken adobo (flake meat to make 1 cup)
½-¾ cup adobo sauce
6 cloves garlic, crushed
5 cups day old leftover rice
2 pc eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp SILVER SWAN Soy Sauce (or to taste)
¼ cup sliced green onions
PROCEDURE
1. Sauté garlic until almost brown. Add rice and sauté for 5 minutes. Add Silver Swan Soy Sauce and adobo sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes with continuous stirring until almost dry. Stir in chicken.
2. Make a hole at the center of rice. Add eggs, stir when almost set. Add green onions. Serve.
