CHICKEN CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
3 Tbsps. UFC Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
1 kg. chicken, cut into serving pieces

Set B:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. medium onion, chopped
2 pc. thumb-sized ginger, minced
1 pc. chicken cube
2 Tbsps. UFC Curry Powder
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups water

Set C:
1 pc. carrot, cubed
2 pcs. potatoes, cubed
UFC Ground Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste

PROCEDURE:

A. Pour Golden Fiesta Palm Oil into a medium-sized pot over medium heat. Sear chicken pieces and brown all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

B. On the same pot, sauté garlic until browned. Add chopped onion and minced ginger. Add seared chicken to the pot.

C. Add chicken cube and UFC Ready Recipes Curry Mix. Sauté for a few minutes, then pour in coconut and water.

D. Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes, cover, then let it simmer again for 10 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Season with salt and UFC Ground Pepper. Serve.

We enjoy eating Chicken Curry because it is delicious and flavorful. I really like the rich and creamy curry sauce poured over warm white rice. This is one of the dishes that I prepare for my family during weekends. I use store-bought UFC curry mix powder to make cooking more simple for me.
