CHICKEN FEET CALDERETA

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
1 kg. chicken feet
1 pc. thumb-sized segment ginger
1/4 cup onion, finely minced
3 Tbsps. garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. black peppercorns
1 pc. Laurel leaf

Set B:
3 Tbsps. olive oil
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsps. garlic, minced
1 small can liver spread
2 packs UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Sauce
1 cup water

Set C:
1 cup bell pepper, quartered
2 pcs. large potatoes, quartered and fried
1 pc. large carrot, quartered and fried
1 cup UFC Garden Fresh Green Peas
1/4 cup green olives

PROCEDURE:

A. Combine all Set A ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cook for about 20 minutes.

B. Heat olive oil in a pan, and sauté onion and garlic. Add liver spread and UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Mix. Pour in water. Mix and simmer.

C. Add cooked chicken feet, fried potatoes and carrots, bell pepper, UFC Garden Fresh Green Peas and olives. Simmer for 20 minutes, then serve with rice.
