RELLENO PATTIES

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. whole onion, minced
1 pc. tomato, minced
1/2 kg. bangus (milkfish) meat
1 pc. potato, minced
1/4 cup UFC Garden Fresh Green Peas

Set B:
3 Tbsps. soy sauce
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Set C:
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
UFC Golden Fiesta Canola Oil, for frying

PROCEDURE:

A. In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes and milkfish. Add potatoes and UFC Garden Fresh Green Peas.

B. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside and let it cool.

C. Add egg and flour to the milkfish mixture. Mix well. Mold into patties and let it rest. In a pan, fry relleno patties until golden brown. Serve with UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup.
