SIZZLING HOTDOGS

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
1 Tbsp. butter
10 pcs. hotdogs, sliced horizontally
1 tsp. oyster sauce
Pepper, to taste

Set B:
1/2 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
2 pcs. finger chilies, chopped
1 pc. onion, chopped or sliced into rings
2 eggs, beaten

PROCEDURE:

A. Heat pan and add butter. When butter starts to melt, add sliced hotdogs and stir-fry until done. Add oyster sauce. Mix well.

B. Season with pepper and UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup. Mix until hotdogs are fully coated with catsup.

C. Add finger chilies and onion. Mix well.

D. Pour in beaten eggs, allow eggs to set slightly, and mix to separate the eggs.
