1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsps. UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
3 Tbsps. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. calamansi juice
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps. oil
1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1 kg. pork belly, sliced
A. Mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, brown sugar, calamansi juice, rosemary, oil and black pepper.
B. Marinate pork belly slices in the mixture overnight.
C. Heat barbecue grill, and cook marinated pork belly. Baste with the marinade while grilling.
