1 kg. chicken wings
2 Tbsps. Golden Fiesta Big Crunch
4 Tbsps. flour
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsps. UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
3 Tbsps. UFC Spicier Blend Hot Sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
A. In a bowl, beat eggs. In a separate bowl, combine Golden Fiesta Big Crunch breading mix and flour, and mix well. Dip each chicken wing in egg, making sure it is fully coated with egg, then roll in the flour mixture. Repeat procedure until all chicken wings have been completely battered.
B. Heat cooking oil in a pan. When oil is hot, fry battered chicken wings in it until they turn slightly brown. Remove from pan.
C. After 15 minutes, fry chicken wings in hot oil again for at least 30 seconds. Double-frying this way will make the chicken wings deliciously crispy.
D. Heat pan, and add margarine. When margarine melts, add garlic and cook until it turns slightly brown.
E. Add UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup and UFC Spicier Blend Hot Sauce. Let boil. Then, season with sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
F. Add fried chicken wings to the sauce. Mix until chicken is fully coated with Buffalo sauce. Plate and sprinkle with some sesame seeds before serving.
