INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kg. pasta, preferably spaghetti
8 cups water
1 Tbsp. oil
Set B:
Oil, for frying
1/4 kg. bacon
Set C:
3 Tbsps. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. onion, minced
1 can UFC Garden Fresh Whole Mushrooms
1/4 kg. sliced ham
1 can evaporated milk
1 pack all-purpose cream
PROCEDURE:
A. Boil pasta according to package direction, about 10 minutes.
B. Cook bacon in a pan to render fat. Strain bacon bits and set aside.
C. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic, onion, UFC Garden Fresh Whole Mushrooms and ham.
D. Add evaporated milk and all-purpose cream, and simmer.
E. Drained and toss spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Transfer to a serving plate and top with bacon bits. Serve immediately.
