INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kg. chicken drumsticks
2 tsp. UFC Garlic Powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Set B (Dredging):
1 cup cornstarch
Set C (Sauce):
3 Tbsps. butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsps. soy sauce
1/2 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
1/2 cup UFC Sweet Chili Sauce
3 tsps. honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
Set D:
2 Tbsps. sesame oil
Sesame seeds
PROCEDURE:
A. Marinate chicken drumsticks with UFC Garlic Powder, salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.
B. Roll in 1/4 cup cornstarch, and deep-fry until chicken is cooked and skin is golden brown.
C. In a saucepan, sauté garlic with butter, soy sauce, UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, UFC Sweet Chili Sauce, honey and sugar.
D. Pour in 2 cups water and boil, then add fried chicken and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
