INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 whole chicken
1 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup calamansi juice
2 Tbsps. oyster sauce
2 Tbsps. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
Set B:
1 head garlic
2 pcs. onion
2 stalks lemongrass
black pepper
PROCEDURE:
A. Combine UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, soy sauce, calamansi juice, oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
B. Marinate whole chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour or, preferably, overnight. When ready to cook, set air fryer at 200˚C.
C. Put garlic, onion and lemongrass in the cavity of the chicken. Add black pepper and a little of the marinade into the flavor stuffing, and air-fry.
