INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kg. pusit (squid), cleaned, with head and body separated
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup ground pork
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 beaten egg
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Set B:
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup UFC Tomato Sauce Filipino Style
PROCEDURE:
A. Mix together onion, bell pepper, carrots, ground pork, pickle relish and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
B. Stuff inside the cavity of the squid body. Reposition the squid head where it should be. Secure in place with a toothpick.
C. Sauté in oil with chopped onion. Pour in UFC Tomato Sauce Filipino Style.
