INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1/4 kg. crab
water
Set B:
2 Tbsps. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pcs. medium red onion, sliced
1 pc. medium white onion, sliced
2 pcs. red bell pepper, sliced
2 pcs. green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 can UFC Garden Fresh Mushroom Pieces & Stems
1 Tbps. UFC Whole Pepper
Set C:
1/4 kg. squid
1/4 kg. shrimps
1 cup water
2 cups UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
1 cup UFC Hot and Spicy Banana Catsup
Set D:
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
PROCEDURE:
A. Boil the crab in water for 30 minutes, and cut into two.
B. Heat cooking oil in pan. Sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Add UFC Garden Fresh Mushroom Pieces & Stems and Whole Pepper.
C. Add squid, shrimps and crab. Add water, and allow to simmer. Add finger chilies, UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup and UFC Hot and Spicy Banana Catsup.
D. Let it simmer and reduce the sauce. Season with pepper and salt.
