INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kg. chicken, cut up
4 Tbsps. calamansi juice
4 Tbsps. soy sauce
2 pcs. laurel leaves
Set B:
2 Tbsps. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. onion, sliced
1/2 cup UFC Tomato Sauce Guisado
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
Set C:
2 pcs. carrots, cut up
2 pcs. potatoes, cut up
2 pcs. red bell pepper, cut up
PROCEDURE:
A. Combine calamansi juice, soy sauce and laurel leaves in a bowl. Marinate chicken in the mixture for 15 minutes.
B. In a pan, sauté garlic and onion. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is slightly cooked. Add UFC Tomato Sauce Guisado, the remaining marinade, brown sugar and dried oregano.
C. Add carrots, potatoes and red bell pepper. Simmer until cooked.
