BURGER STEAK

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
1/2 kg. ground beef, chilled
1 pc. small onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsps. soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup flour

Set B (Sauce):
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup UFC Garden Fresh Mushroom Pieces & Stems
3 packs UFC Gravy sa Sarap

PROCEDURE:

A. Mix together all Set A ingredients. Make sure the ground beef is chilled. Mold burger patties from the mixture. Yield depends on the size of the patties. Store in the freezer until use. When ready to cook the burger patties, heat a small amount of oil in a pan, about 1 Tbsp., and pan-fry each patty until brown.

B. For the gravy, sauté UFC Garden Fresh Mushroom Pieces & Stems in butter for 2 minutes, then add UFC Gravy sa Sarap. Simmer once serve.

Mula noong bata pa ako, favorite ko na talaga ang burger steak ng isang fast-food chain. Ngayong malaki na ako at natuto nang magluto, burger steak ang una kong pinag-aralang lutuin. Noong una, challenging para sa akin dahil medyo matrabaho itong lutuin. Kumakain talaga ng oras. Pero dahil sa UFC Gravy, mas na-lessen na ang cooking time, mas sumarap pa ang gravy ko!
