1 pc. talakitok
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. medium red onion, sliced
1 pc. medium red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
2 Tbsps. soy sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Slurry (cornstarch + water)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. whole peppercorns
A. Clean the fish, and season with salt. In a pan, fry talakitok in hot oil until golden brown. Remove, and set aside.
B. Using the same pan, sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and slurry.
C. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until of desired consistency. Transfer talakitok to a plate, and pour sauce into the fish.
