HOMEMADE BANGUS SARDINES
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kg. small bangus
Set B:
1 cup UFC Tomato Sauce Filipino Style
1/2 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
3 Tbsps. sugar
1 cup UFC Golden Fiesta Canola Oil 
1/4 cup pickle relish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Laurel leaf
2 pcs. onions, chopped
2 cups water
PROCEDURE:
A. Wash and clean fish. Slice into regular serving sizes.
B. Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
C. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to tenderize even the bones of the fish. Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!
