PIZZA ALA SHALA
INGREDIENTS:
Set A (Pizza Dough):
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tsp. yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water
Set B (Toppings):
1 bottle UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
5 pcs. hotdogs, sliced
2 pcs. white onion, sliced
1 pc. red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups cheese
PROCEDURE:
A. Combine Set A ingredients in a bowl. Mix into a dough. When the mixture becomes too heavy and difficult to mix with a spatula, turn it out on a floured surface. Knead for 10 minutes or until dough is round and smooth.  Put dough ball in an oiled bowl and cover. Let rest for 1 to 2 hours. After 1 to 2 hours, deflate the risen dough. Divide and shape into small balls, depending on the size of pizza crust desired. Let rest for 30 minutes. Roll each risen ball to flatten the dough, depending on how thin or thick you want your crust to be. Prick with a fork all over, arrange on baking sheets, and par-bake in a preheated 200˚C oven for 10 minutes if baking regular crusts, personal size, pizza crust. Adjust baking time for thicker and bigger pizza crusts.
B. Remove from oven, allow to cool down for a few minutes, then add your favorite toppings on it. UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup may be used for the pizza sauce; just add 1 to 2 tsps. Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add minced garlic and cheese.
