INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. onion, minced
1/2 kg. mussels
1/2 kg. shrimps
Set B:
1 cup cane vinegar
1 can UFC Golden Sweet Whole Corn Kernels
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Sugar, to taste
1 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
1 pc. red bell pepper, sliced
1 pc. green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup grated cheese
PROCEDURE:
A. Sauté onion and garlic in butter and oil. Add shrimps and mussels. Pour in UFC Cane Vinegar.
B. Add UFC Golden Sweet Whole Corn Kernels. Season with salt, black pepper and sugar. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
C. Add UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, and continue to simmer until sauce slightly thickens. Add green and red bell pepper.
D. Remove from heat. Transfer to a serving plate, and top with cheese while still hot.
