To assist in overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the Nutri-Asia’s IT systems. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing servers, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and network infrastructure to support business growth with security, reliability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include managing third-party IT staff, developing and implementing comprehensive IT policies and procedures, and cultivating strong vendor relationships. Additionally, the role involves applying IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
