This position is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, reconciliation, and accounting entries, including employee deductions and SAP clearing for advances and loans. Key duties include overseeing tax reconciliation, alpha listing, 2316 management, clearance processing, last pay processing, and issuing employment certificates. The Payroll Officer also monitors company loans, controls HR budgets, ensures compliance with HO DOLE regulations, coordinates SGV audits, and manages the HRIS for time and attendance. Additionally, this role handles consultancy fee payouts, budget accruals, and billings for utilities and third-party services.
