Driven by an unrelenting pursuit of excellence, NutriAsia, proud makers of the Philippines’ best condiments, sauces and beverages, officially honored the outstanding marketing communication achievements of its business units at the annual 2026 Husay Awards: Tribute to Excellence, held last May 27 at the Sheraton Hotel, Pasay City.
The prestigious event serves as a premier platform to recognize the hard work, passion, and dedication of the men and women behind NutriAsia’s market-leading brands. This year’s awards highlighted the strategic brilliance, creative executions, and collaborative spirit that continue to push the boundaries of sales and marketing in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Top Institutional Honors
The 2026 edition saw exemplary individuals and teams taking home the night’s highest accolades for their sustained impact on business growth and brand equity.
Leading the pack was Chingu Cafe, which took home the coveted Brand of the Year award under the leadership of Trisha Baloro, May Sevilla, and Gretchen King. For her exceptional strategic vision and leadership across multiple successful campaigns, Trisha Pauline Baloro was named Marketer of the Year. Meanwhile, the Beverage Business Team, led by Gretchen King, was recognized as the Business Team of the Year for their outstanding commercial performance.

The highly competitive Campaign of the Year track recognized integrated marketing initiatives that delivered exceptional commercial performance and deep consumer engagement:
The Chingu Cafe campaign took home the top (Gold) award, led by Trisha Baloro, May Sevilla and Gretchen King, clinched the top spot for its masterfully executed launch and strong market resonance.
Coming in next (Silver) is the dynamic Mang Tomas x Cong TV x Donny Pangilinan collaboration, spearheaded by Genesis Jarilla and Gretchen King.
And the highly successful UFC Overload Eats-All Purpose campaign, led by Charissa Javier and Gretchen King, rounded out the podium with the bronze distinction.
Excellence in Special Categories
The 2026 Husay Awards also celebrated excellence across highly specialized marketing disciplines, recognizing targeted tactics, digital innovation, and impactful brand activations.
In the strategic marketing categories, UFC Overload Eats-All Purpose and team lead Charissa Javier earned top marks for both Best Equity Campaign and Best Digital Execution. On the tactical front, Genesis Jarilla led the Mang Tomas x Cong TV X Donny Pangilinan initiative to win Best Tactical Campaign.
Multimedia and channel execution proved to be another strong suit for the brand of the year, as Trisha Baloro and May Sevilla steered Chingu Cafe to wins in both the Best Multimedia Campaign and the Best Channel Activation for its grand launch.
Finally, the power of influencer partnerships was highlighted through two distinct wins for Best KOL Activation. Genesis Jarilla secured the first for the spicy and engaging Mang Tomas Kilabot “Kikilabutan ka sa Anghang” campaign, while Maroux David took home the second for NutriAsia Food Service’s inspiring “Taste of Success” initiative.
