INGREDIENTS:
- 5 Large Eggs, hard -boiled
- 4 Medium Potatoes, cubed
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
- UFC Bay leaves or Laurel
- Water
- 1/4 cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Datu Puti Vinegar
PREPARATION:
- 1. Sauté garlic, laurel and potatoes.
- 2. Add water, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer.
- 3. Add eggs. Simmer and serve.
