INGREDIENTS
- ½ kg slabs of pork ribs (4 inch)
- 1 bot (350 mL) Datu Puti BBQ- rrific Barbecue Marinade
- 1 cup UFC BAnana Catsup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1-1/2 cups water
PREPARATION
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a pan, Stir. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserve sauce.
- 2. Charcoal-grill meat , while basting with sauce, until brown. Serve with remaining sauce.
