Ingredients :
- 1 can (400 g ) UFC Stems and Pieces Mushrooms, drained, reserve stock, squeezed and chopped
- ¼ kg ground beef
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- ½ tsp WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp butter/ margarine
- 1 pack (50 g) UFC Gravy Sarap
Procedure:
- 1. Combine all ingredients except sauce. Mix well. Form into ¼ cup patties. Pan- grill in half of butter until brown on both sides.
- 2. Saute reserved mushrooms in butter. Add UFC Gravy and 2 tablespoons mushrooms stock. Allow to simmer. Serve with patties
