Ingredients:
- ½ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
BURGER:
- ¼ kg ground pork
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 pc egg
- ½ cup evaporated milk
SAUCE:
- 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup
- 1 Tbsp butter/ margarine
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
SIDINGS:
- 1 pc sweet corn, boiled and shredded
- ¼ cup sliced carrot , sautéed
- ½ cup Baguio beans , sliced and sauteed
Procedure:
- 1. Combine ingredients for burger. Mix well. Form every 1/3 cup of meat mixture into patties. Fry until cooked on both sides .
- 2. Combine sauce ingredients. Heat for 2 minutes. Pour over burgers before serving . Serve with vegetable sidings.
