Burget Steak

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil

BURGER:

  1. ¼ kg ground pork
  2. 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  3. 1 pc small onion, chopped
  4. ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
  5. 1 tsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
  6. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
  7. ½ cup breadcrumbs
  8. 1 pc egg
  9. ½ cup evaporated milk

SAUCE:

  1. 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
  2. 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  3. 2-3 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup
  4. 1 Tbsp butter/ margarine
  5. ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper

SIDINGS:

  1. 1 pc sweet corn, boiled and shredded
  2. ¼ cup sliced carrot , sautéed
  3. ½ cup Baguio beans , sliced and sauteed

Procedure:

  1. 1. Combine ingredients for burger. Mix well. Form every 1/3 cup of meat mixture into patties. Fry until cooked on both sides .
  2. 2. Combine sauce ingredients. Heat for 2 minutes. Pour over burgers before serving . Serve with vegetable sidings.
