Caldereta Sticky Fingers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Pork Ribs, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne or Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

PROCEDURE:

  • 1. Heat oil in pan. Brown Pork.
  • 2. Season with Chilli Powder and Pepper.
  • 3. Add UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Mix and water.
  • 4. Simmer until pork is tender.
  • 5. Add Brown Sugar. Simmer until liquid turns to sauce.
