INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 1 pc chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. grated carrots
- 2 tbsp. chopped shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp. 5-spice powder
- 1/2 tbsp. white sugar
- Cracked Black pepper
- 1/2 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
- 1 tbsp. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped prawns
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 5 pcs. Prawns
- 2 – 6 tbsps flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- 1/2 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
- Cooking Oil
PROCEDURE
- 1. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, 5-spice powder, white sugar, cracked black pepper, Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning, chopped shrimp meat and Silver Swan Soy Sauce. Mix.
- 2. After mixing, add egg and flour. Mix again until all the ingredients are properly combined and the texture of the meat is sticky. Set aside.
- 3. Prepare bowls for flour with salt, another bowl for egg seasoned with Wow Sarap All-in-One seasoning and a bowl for breadcrumbs.
- 4. To assemble, wet hand — so the meat mixture will not stick in our hands. Get a handful of meat mixture and place the shrimp dredged in flour in the middle and top again with meat mixture. And shape it.
- 5. Dip it in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Make sure to fully coat it.
- 6. In a pan with cooking oil, deep-fry the camaron rebosado in medium heat until the color turns brown and the meat is cooked through.
- 7. After frying, the camaron rebosado cool down before slicing it. Transfer to a serving plate.
