Camaron Rebosado

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 kilo ground pork
  2. 1 pc chopped onion
  3. 2 tbsp. grated carrots
  4. 2 tbsp. chopped shiitake mushrooms
  5. 1 tsp. 5-spice powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp. white sugar
  7. Cracked Black pepper
  8. 1/2 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
  9. 1 tbsp. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
  10. 1/4 cup chopped prawns
  11. 1 egg
  12. 6 tbsp. flour
  13. 5 pcs. Prawns
  14. 2 – 6 tbsps flour
  15. 2 eggs
  16. 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  17. Salt
  18. 1/2 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
  19. Cooking Oil

PROCEDURE

  • 1. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, 5-spice powder, white sugar, cracked black pepper, Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning, chopped shrimp meat and Silver Swan Soy Sauce. Mix.
  • 2. After mixing, add egg and flour. Mix again until all the ingredients are properly combined and the texture of the meat is sticky. Set aside.
  • 3. Prepare bowls for flour with salt, another bowl for egg seasoned with Wow Sarap All-in-One seasoning and a bowl for breadcrumbs.
  • 4. To assemble, wet hand — so the meat mixture will not stick in our hands. Get a handful of meat mixture and place the shrimp dredged in flour in the middle and top again with meat mixture. And shape it.
  • 5. Dip it in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Make sure to fully coat it.
  • 6. In a pan with cooking oil, deep-fry the camaron rebosado in medium heat until the color turns brown and the meat is cooked through.
  • 7. After frying, the camaron rebosado cool down before slicing it. Transfer to a serving plate.
