Cheesy Mechado Beef Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 Tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
  2. 500 g Ground Beef
  3. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  4. 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  5. 1 can UFC Whole Corn Kernels, drained
  6. 4 cups of Cooked Rice
  7. 2 packs UFC Ready Recipes Mechado
  8. 1/2 cup water
  9. 200 g Quickmelt Cheese

PROCEDURE:

  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ground beef.
  • 2. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until brown.
  • 3. Add corn kernels, cooked rice, UFC Ready Recipes Mechado, and water. Mix.
  • 4. Cook for 5 minutes
  • 5. Top with Cheese. Cover for 5 minutes
