Chicken Fingers

Deep-fried golden chicken fingers are a cinch to make with this simple step-by step recipe that provides you with just the right bite of tenderness and crunch.

  1. 500 grams Boneless chicken breast fillet, cut into ½-inch by 2-inch lengths


  1. ½ tsp Fine salt
  2. ¼ tsp Ground black pepper


  1. 1 cup All-purpose flour
  2. ½ tsp Fine salt
  3. ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  4. 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
  5. 1½ cups Japanese breadcrumbs
  6. 2 cups Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
  7. ½ cup Papa Banana Catsup, for dipping


  • 1 Season chicken with salt and pepper, and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • 2 Prepare three containers that will hold the flour, beaten eggs and Japanese breadcrumbs separately (A).
  • 3 Start to coat the chicken by dipping in the flour (B), in egg (C), and finally in the breadcrumbs (D). Continue with the remaining chicken.
  • 4 Heat Golden Fiesta Palm Oil in a deep pan.
  • 5 Carefully drop chicken one at a time, and fry until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes per piece.
  • 6 Serve with Papa Banana Catsup.
