INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Boneless chicken breast fillet, cut into ½-inch by 2-inch lengths

MARINADE

  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper

BREADING

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • ½ tsp Fine salt

  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper

  • 2 pieces Eggs, beaten

  • 1½ cups Japanese breadcrumbs

  • 2 cups Golden Fiesta Palm Oil

  • ½ cup Papa Banana Catsup, for dipping
