INGREDIENTS:
- 750 g chicken, cut up (smaller)
- 2 packs (8 g pack) WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
- ¼ cup HAPI FIESTA Oil
- 1 pc large onion, sliced
- 3 pc (105 g) hotdog, sliced
- ¼ kg carrot, sliced
- 1 pouch (500 g) UFC Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Patis
- 4 cups rice, washed once and drained
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 can (155 g) UFC Green Peas (optional)
- 1 pc medium red bell pepper, sliced
PROCEDURE:
- 1. Season chicken with 1 pack Wow Sarap Seasoning.
- 2. Saute onions and chicken in Hapi Fiesta Oil for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add hotdog and carrot. Saute for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add UFC Spaghetti Sauce, Datu Puti Patis and remaining Wow Sarap Seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add rice and stir to coat.
- 6. Add water and chicken mixture. Stir. Cover and simmer over low heat until rice is cooked.
- 7. Add UFC Green Peas and bell pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes
