INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (400 mL) UFC Fresh Selections Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 pack 3 in 1 coffee (25 – 30 g)
- 1 cup hot water
- 350 g Lady Fingers, Broas, Mamon Tostado or similar
- Cocoa Powder
- All Purpose Cream (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- Mix UFC Coconut cream and condensed milk.
- Dissolve 3-in-1 coffee in hot water.
- Dip lady Fingers in Coffee mixture. Line a container with the dipped lady fingers.
- Pour over coconut cream mixture.
- Alternate layers of lady fingers dipped in coffee mixture and Coconut Cream mixture.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Top with cocoa powder and cream if desired.
