Coconut Tiramisu

Coconut Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (400 mL) UFC Fresh Selections Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 pack 3 in 1 coffee (25 – 30 g)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 350 g Lady Fingers, Broas, Mamon Tostado or similar
  • Cocoa Powder
  • All Purpose Cream (optional)

PROCEDURE:

  1. Mix UFC Coconut cream and condensed milk.
  2. Dissolve 3-in-1 coffee in hot water.
  3. Dip lady Fingers in Coffee mixture. Line a container with the dipped lady fingers.
  4. Pour over coconut cream mixture.
  5. Alternate layers of lady fingers dipped in coffee mixture and Coconut Cream mixture.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  7. Top with cocoa powder and cream if desired.
