- ¼ cup oil
- 400 g ground beef/ pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp WOW Sarap Seasonings (optional) or salt to taste
- 1 pc egg
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 pack (250 g) UFC Creamy Overload Sauce
- 1 small can (198 g) UFC Pieces and Stems Mushrooms, drained
- Mix burger ingredients. Form into 2 tablespoons patties. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil. Pan grill patties until cooked on both sides. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms. Add UFC Creamy Overload sauce. Heat for 2 minutes. Pour over burger patties.
