- 10-12 pc large flour tortilla
- 1 pack (250 g) UFC Creamy Overload Sauce
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
- 5 to 6 cups spinach leaves (300 g)
- 1-1/2 cups grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Filling: Sauté garlic and add spinach. Season to taste. Add UFC Creamy Overload Sauce. Heat for 2 minutes uncovered. Set aside.
- Brown tortilla in heated pan (without oil). Spread with cream cheese, then spread with sauteed mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with another tortilla and press.
- Heat in pan until cheese melts.
