EASY CRAB AND CORN OKONOMIYAKI (JAPANESE-STYLE SAVORY PANCAKES)

INGREDIENTS:

Okonomiyaki Mixture:

  • 1/2 Pack UFC Crab and Corn
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp UFC ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1cup Water
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded

Sauce:

  • 1 cup UFC Banana Catsup
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Mayonnaise

PROCEDURE:

  • 1. Okonomiyaki Mixture: Mix 1/2 Pack UFC Crab and Corn Soup, Water, Flour, Oil, Egg and season with ground pepper until batter like consistency.
  • 2. Add Cabbage. Mix.
  • 3. Cooking: Pre-heat oiled pan. Scoop mixture and add to pan. Cook like pancakes until lightly brown. Flip to cook other side. Set aside.
  • 4. Sauce: Mix UFC Banana Catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 5. Spread Mayonnaise and sauce over Okonomiyaki.
