Fish Fillet with Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ kg fish fillet (cream dory/tuna/ tanigue/maya -maya)
  • 1 to 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • Grated rind/ zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp Wow Sarap All-in–One Seasoning (optional) or Salt to taste

 

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 pack (250g) UFC Creamy Overload Sauce
  • Parsley (optional)

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Add lemon juice, lemon rind, garlic and seasoning to the fish.
  2. Pan –grill in oil until just cooked on both sides. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, pour UFC Creamy Overload Sauce. Heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour over fish. Top with parsley if desired.
