INGREDIENTS:
- ½ kg fish fillet (cream dory/tuna/ tanigue/maya -maya)
- 1 to 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- Grated rind/ zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp Wow Sarap All-in–One Seasoning (optional) or Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 pack (250g) UFC Creamy Overload Sauce
- Parsley (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- Add lemon juice, lemon rind, garlic and seasoning to the fish.
- Pan –grill in oil until just cooked on both sides. Set aside.
- In the same pan, pour UFC Creamy Overload Sauce. Heat for 2 minutes.
- Pour over fish. Top with parsley if desired.
