Fun Chow Kimchi Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

      Kimchi Fried Rice

 

      Cheese Sauce

  • 4tbsp butter
  • 4tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Salt & sugar

 

      Pork Belly Strips

  • 5-6 pork belly strips

 

      Toppings

  • 2 pcs egg, scrambbled
  • 1 pc. shredded Nori sheets, chopped
  • Mozarella
  • Japanese mayo

 

PROCEDURE:

      Kimchi Fried Rice

  1. Heat up oil in a pan and sauté garlic and add Kimchi.
  2. Add the leftover rice
  3. Add UFC Fun Chow Meaty Yang Chow. Mix then set aside

 

     Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt butter and add in flour, evaporated milk, grated cheese, salt, and sugar
  2. Mix then set aside

 

      Pork Belly

  1. Fry and cut to small pieces

 

Layer in the kimchi rice, scrambled eggs, pork belly, cheese sauce, mozzarella, Nori sheets, and Japanese mayo.
