INGREDIENTS:
Kimchi Fried Rice
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 UFC Fun Chow Meaty Yang Chow
- 3 cups leftover rice
Cheese Sauce
- 4tbsp butter
- 4tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt & sugar
Pork Belly Strips
- 5-6 pork belly strips
Toppings
- 2 pcs egg, scrambbled
- 1 pc. shredded Nori sheets, chopped
- Mozarella
- Japanese mayo
PROCEDURE:
Kimchi Fried Rice
- Heat up oil in a pan and sauté garlic and add Kimchi.
- Add the leftover rice
- Add UFC Fun Chow Meaty Yang Chow. Mix then set aside
Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter and add in flour, evaporated milk, grated cheese, salt, and sugar
- Mix then set aside
Pork Belly
- Fry and cut to small pieces
Layer in the kimchi rice, scrambled eggs, pork belly, cheese sauce, mozzarella, Nori sheets, and Japanese mayo.
