INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Pasta Shells
- 1 cup cooked cubed chicken meat
- 1 medium Carrot, diced
- 1 medium Potato, diced
- 1 pack UFC Chicken and Corn Soup
- 2 Tbsp UFC Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup UFC Whole Corn Kernels with brine
- 3 cups Water
- Cilantro to garnish
PREPARATION:
- 1. Boil water and cook 1 cup of Pasta shells. Set aside.
- 2. Combine Chicken, Carrots, Potatoes and water in a pot. Boil.
- 3. Add in UFC Chicken and Corn Soup and UFC Hot Sauce. Stir until completely dissolved.
- 4. Add in Corn with brine, and cooked Pasta.
- 5. Garnish with Cilantro. Serve.
