Hot Chicken and Corn Sopas

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 cup Pasta Shells
  2. 1 cup cooked cubed chicken meat
  3. 1 medium Carrot, diced
  4. 1 medium Potato, diced
  5. 1 pack UFC Chicken and Corn Soup
  6. 2 Tbsp UFC Hot Sauce
  7. 1/2 cup UFC Whole Corn Kernels with brine
  8. 3 cups Water
  9. Cilantro to garnish

PREPARATION:

  • 1. Boil water and cook 1 cup of Pasta shells. Set aside.
  • 2. Combine Chicken, Carrots, Potatoes and water in a pot. Boil.
  • 3. Add in UFC Chicken and Corn Soup and UFC Hot Sauce. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • 4. Add in Corn with brine, and cooked Pasta.
  • 5. Garnish with Cilantro. Serve.
