- 10 pc regular hotdog, sliced
- 5 pc hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 1 pouch (200 g ) UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Sauce
- 1 pc potato, sliced
- 1 pc carrot, sliced
- 1 pc green bell pepper, diced
- UFC Fine Salt and UFC Ground Pepper (to taste)
- 1. Simmer carrot and potatoes in 2 cups water for 3 minutes. Add sliced hotdogs and UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally .
- 2. Add bell peppers and eggs. Season with UFC salt and UFC Pepper. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
