INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil or butter
- 250 – 300 g leftover lechon manok / lechon kawali / liempo, diced or any leftover meat, diced
- 1 pc (50 g) white or red onion, diced
- 1 pc siling haba, sliced (optional)
- 1 – 2 pcs calamansi (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- Saute meat and onion in oil for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add Mang Tomas and mix. Simmer for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Serve with siling haba and calamansi if preferred.
