INGREDIENTS

  1. 2-3 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
  2. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  3. 1 small onion , sliced
  4. 4 pc hotdog, diced
  5. 1 can (220 g) meatloaf, diced
  6. 1 pc medium potato , diced
  7. 1 pc small carrot, diced
  8. 1 small sayote , diced
  9. 1 pouch (200 g) UFC Ready Recipe Menudo Sauce
  10. 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
  11. ½ cup UFC Green Peas
  12. ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
  13. ¼ – 1/2 cup water

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat Golden Fiesta Oil .  Saute garlic, onion, hotdog and meatloaf.  Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
