INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced kamote
- ½ cup thinly sliced singkamas
- ½ cup thinly sliced carrot
- ½ cup thinly sliced Baguio beans
- 3 Tbsp cooked garbanzos, (optional)
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Patis
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
LUMPIA SAUCE:
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup SILVER SWAN Soy Sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch , dissolved in 3 Tbsp water
TOPPINGS:
- 1 small head (120 g) lettuce, separated
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup ground peanuts
- 3 Tbsp chopped garlic
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
PREPARATION
- 1. Saute garlic and onions. Add remaining vegetables and seasonings . Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally . Set aside.
- 2. Combine all ingredients for sauce. Simmer with continuous stirring until thickens. Set aside.
- 3. Serve vegetables topped with sauce and peanuts .
