INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans of tuna
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 4 cups rice
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- Cheese
- 1pc UFC Fun Chow Seafood Yang Chow
- Oil
- Sugar
- Seaweed
PROCEDURE:
- To a bowl, add two cans of tuna (discard the liquid), add ½ tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp mayo, 1tsp chilli flakes, then mix.
- Mix leftover rice with 1tbs sesame oil and 1pc UFC Fun Chow Seafood ang Chow. Mix well and set aside.
- Wet your hands to form the onigiri rice. Scoop ¼ cup of the rice and flatten. Add 1 spoon of tuna, cheese, and another layer of ¼ cup rice.
- Shape into a triangle or put in an onigiri mold.
- Pan fry for about 3-5 mins until golden brown on both sides. Brush onigiri with mixed soy sauce and sugar.
- Fold in seaweed.
