• 2 cans of tuna
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 4 cups rice
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • Cheese
  • 1pc UFC Fun Chow Seafood Yang Chow
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  • Seaweed


  1. To a bowl, add two cans of tuna (discard the liquid), add ½ tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp mayo, 1tsp chilli flakes, then mix.
  2. Mix leftover rice with 1tbs sesame oil and 1pc UFC Fun Chow Seafood ang Chow. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Wet your hands to form the onigiri rice. Scoop ¼ cup of the rice and flatten. Add 1 spoon of tuna, cheese, and another layer of ¼ cup rice.
  4. Shape into a triangle or put in an onigiri mold.
  5. Pan fry for about 3-5 mins until golden brown on both sides. Brush onigiri with mixed soy sauce and sugar.
  6. Fold in seaweed.
