Picadillo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup ground pork
  • ½ cup diced potatoes
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • 1 pc red/green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 pack (250 g) UFC Meaty Overload Sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt to taste

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Saute garlic, onion and pork for 5 minutes.
  2. Add carrot, potatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add UFC Meaty Overload Sauce and water. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
