INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, sliced
- ¼ cup ground pork
- ½ cup diced potatoes
- ½ cup diced carrots
- 1 pc red/green bell pepper, diced
- 1 pack (250 g) UFC Meaty Overload Sauce
- ¼ cup water
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Saute garlic, onion and pork for 5 minutes.
- Add carrot, potatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add UFC Meaty Overload Sauce and water. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
