Pinoy Chicken Parmigiana

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ kg chicken breast fillet, sliced to make 4 flat pieces
  • 1/8 tsp Wow Sarap All-in –One Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp butter/ oil
  • 1 pack (250 g) UFC Cheesy Overload Sauce

 

  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Season chicken with Wow Sarap Seasoning and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken in egg then coat with breadcrumbs. Pan-grill in butter until cooked on both sides.
  3. Heat UFC Cheesy Overload Sauce for 2 minutes, then pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
