INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp HAPI FIESTA Oil
- ½ kg pork kasim/pigue, cut into cubes
- 2 Tbsp liver spread
- 1 cup water
- 150 g hotdog, sliced
- 150 g pork liver, cut into cubes
- ¼ kg carrot, cut into cubes
- 300 g potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 pack (500 g) UFC Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Patis
- 1 pack (8 g) WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
- 1/3 cup cooked garbanzos
- 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2 Tbsp raisins (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- 1. Saute pork in Hapi Fiesta Oil for 8 minutes or until it oils off.
- 2. Add liver spread. Stir then add water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- 3. Add hotdog, liver, carrot and potatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.
- 4. Add UFC Spaghetti Sauce, Datu Puti Vinegar, Patis and Wow Sarap Seasoning. Cover and
simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. - 5. Add garbanzos, bell pepper and raisins. Simmer for 2 minutes.
