PORK MENUDO

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 Tbsp HAPI FIESTA Oil
  2. ½ kg pork kasim/pigue, cut into cubes
  3. 2 Tbsp liver spread
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 150 g hotdog, sliced
  6. 150 g pork liver, cut into cubes
  7. ¼ kg carrot, cut into cubes
  8. 300 g potatoes, cut into cubes
  9. 1 pack (500 g) UFC Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
  10. 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Vinegar
  11. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Patis
  12. 1 pack (8 g) WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
  13. 1/3 cup cooked garbanzos
  14. 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into cubes
  15. 2 Tbsp raisins (optional)

PROCEDURE:

  • 1. Saute pork in Hapi Fiesta Oil for 8 minutes or until it oils off.
  • 2. Add liver spread. Stir then add water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  • 3. Add hotdog, liver, carrot and potatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Add UFC Spaghetti Sauce, Datu Puti Vinegar, Patis and Wow Sarap Seasoning. Cover and
    simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
  • 5. Add garbanzos, bell pepper and raisins. Simmer for 2 minutes.
