INGREDIENTS:
- 1 rice cup* rice, pre-washed
 - 1 rice cup water
 - 100 g pork liempo, sliced
 - ½ rice cup (80 mL) Datu Puti Adobo Series Humba
 - Banana blossom (optional)
 
*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
PROCEDURE:
- In a rice cooker, add pre-washed rice, water and pork.
 - Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
 - Once finished and in warm setting, add Datu Puti Adobo Series sauce and mix. Allow to further cook for 5 minutes.
