Rice Cooker Adobo Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 rice cup* rice, pre-washed
  • 1 rice cup water
  • 100 g pork liempo, sliced
  • ½ rice cup (80 mL) Datu Puti Adobo Series Humba
  • Banana blossom (optional)

*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a rice cooker, add pre-washed rice, water and pork.
  2. Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
  3. Once finished and in warm setting, add Datu Puti Adobo Series sauce and mix. Allow to further cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve.
