INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 5 g ginger, sliced
- 150 g pork belly
- 1 rice cup (takal) rice, washed
- 1 ½ rice cup (takal) water
- ½ pack UFC Ready Recipes Gata mix (45 g) dissolved in ½ rice cup (takal) water
- 1 pc siling haba, sliced
- 1 tsp UFC Ginisang Bagoong (Regular or Spicy)
*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
PROCEDURE:
- Saute ginger and pork in oil for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Add rice and water. Cook for 10 – 12 minutes or until rice is almost cooked.
- Add gata mixture, bagoong alamang and siling haba.
- Cook for 5 minutes until gata mix has been absorbed by the rice.
