INGREDIENTS:
- 100 – 200 g ground meat (beef, pork or chicken)
- 1 pack (200 g) UFC Cheesy Overload
- 1 pack (300 g) nacho chips
- 1 pack (115 g) UFC Tomato Sauce Guisado (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- In a rice cooker, add the meat.
- Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook. Only break the meat into smaller pieces when it has browned and crusted outside* Cook for 5 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and its water evaporated.
*Note: This is to prevent the meat from watering off too much. - Add UFC Cheesy Overload. Allow to cook for 2 minutes to incorporate its flavors with the meat.
- Serve with nachos and Tomato Sauce Guisado on the side. Enjoy!
